Born in the Netherlands, and currently based in Copenhagen, Denmark. Mick Snijders is a freelance filmmaker & photographer with a passion for storytelling. A creative junkie and problem solver, Mick thrives on pushing boundaries with his out of the box mindset.
With a background in editorial photography & sports, Mick specializes in capturing the unseen stories through an insider’s eye. Mick fell in love with the game of basketball at an early age & played at the highest level for most of his youth years, his experience gives him a unique ability to see the game from within. Documenting the game as a way to stay deeply connected to it.
Most of Mick’s work, at the moment, is dedicated towards documenting the game of basketball around him. His work reflects a deep appreciation for authenticity, blending film and digital formats to create work full of character and emotions.
